Digital Assistant is now integrated with Zapier, something we alluded to in our product round up last year. This new update allows you to move data between your web apps automatically, so you can focus on your most important work.

What is Zapier?

Zapier allows you to quickly and easily integrate the apps you use daily. By connecting your apps together via a Zapier subscription, you can get them talking to each other - sending data between applications in real time.

Why integrate with Zapier?

In one word: Automation.

Using the Zapier integration, you can automatically push the email addresses you collect in your website’s Digital Assistant to a third-party tool – such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Klaviyo or Salesforce.

Email addresses are registered in your CRM in real time, so you can instantly subscribe customers to your newsletter and fire ‘welcome’ emails or discount codes as soon as the email address is captured.

There are some important things you will need to do before you use the integration. It’s a simple set up process and by the time you see the Zapier integration do its work, the setup will seem a distant memory.
