Product Update: Improvements to your service

We’ve made some big improvements to your service to create a smoother, more reliable experience for all. We anticipate these changes will provide an uplift in product performance, so it’s likely you’ll notice an increase in your Digital Assistant and Behavioural Email reach and conversions.

What’s changed?

We’ve been working hard to modernise our systems, moving to a real-time engine that will improve the Digital Assistant and Behavioural Email experience for both you and your customers.

When does this come into effect?

This latest upgrade will be rolled out to all accounts from Monday February 7, 2022.

What are the benefits?

Our updated infrastructure carries many benefits, including:

  • Increased reach – we can now support more browsers and browser versions than ever before, so we can reach and help more of your customers to convert.
  • Stability – the new system will allow us to deliver a better up-time, with a lower risk of outages due to technical issues.
  • An even smarter Digital Assistant – future proofing our systems to continue to provide exciting new developments.

What does this mean for me?

The biggest change we anticipate you noticing is an uplift in the performance of your Digital Assistant and Behavioural Email.

Upgrading our systems allows us to reach more browsers, and more browser versions, than ever before. As a result, the Digital Assistant will display to more customers, helping them along the buying journey and boosting your conversions.

What does this mean for my data?

Our systems are built in-house by Ve Global, and your site data is never hosted with a third party. The updates to our systems won’t change this, and your historic data will still be available in app.ve, or via a request through your Account Manager.

Has the attribution model changed?

Not at all. We'll continue to track and attribute sales for our performance-based clients in the same way we always have.
