Improve email deliverability
Authenticate your email domain
If your email domain is not authenticated your emails may be caught in spam filters. This is due to Email Service Providers (e.g. Gmail) being unable to verify the email’s credentials as a legitimate sender. This issue can be avoided by adding two pieces of code to your domain.
Authentication is a technical standard that tells receiving email servers that an email comes from the place it says it does. We've put this guide together to help you or your IT team complete the task.
What's involved?
Send your IT department this guide and request they complete Step 1 & 2. It should take less than 15 minutes to complete and will have a significant impact on your email deliverability and campaign performance.
