5 ways to turn one-time gift shoppers into repeat customers
It was predicted that 20% of shoppers planned to buy Christmas gifts during the Black Friday sales. Now that Black Friday is over for another year, and with Christmas shopping in full swing, it’s time to start thinking about how to re-engage with gift shoppers into the new year and beyond.
While many gift shoppers will fall into a category known as ‘one-time shoppers’, one of five shopping modes that exist across the ecommerce journey, meaning they have no intention to visit your website again, this doesn’t always have to be the case. Not every gift searcher needs to become a one-time shopper and there is huge potential for brands to build more long-term relationships with these customers, if they get their online experience right.
